Whatever means they are using to deliberately get the PPS lower is manipulation in my book. Todays action IMO isn't the result of dilution, it's the result of MM's games and flippers. For every seller there has to be a buyer. These bastards want cheaper shares and will entice others into selling by using whatever means possible to get the cheap shares they want. Maybe dilution is the reason, but they sure picked a fu****g lousy time to do it. Well, after today I've had enough of this bull****. If the PPS doesn't turn course in the near term I'm out, which I'm sure will make some on this board happy, being that I whine so much.
