It appears that CKGT.OB did an excellent job with finances in regards to dilution. After receiving the monies from warrant conversion along with the Seaside deal we should be in excellent condition financially. No debt is my expectation. Providing they do NOT need any unforseen monies for expansion the cash flow should be sufficient. Unfortunately, my finances suck with this recent downturn thus unable to add. Bought my last ones at $2.36 otherwise would have been adding yesterday. IMO, once the market stabilizes we are off to the races as the only problem I see would be dilution.
