This is really something isn't it. I think Larry only wanted Solaris. Then he found out Solaris only runs on SUNW processors. Now he is stuck, but with Larry, with his "full speed ahead, damn the torpedos" mentality, he really now on has one choice.

Could be a 10-20 billion dollar mistake. I wonder what he means when he says Sun will be 1.5 billion dollars accretive.
