I believe that Yorkville does not need us anymore. They have used the common shareholder to fund the company all these years, now they just want to get rid of us. Now that they know NEOM is going to be profitable (very soon), we are just a stone in the shoe.
I still find it hard to believe the company needed those $2.5M. When was the last time and external audit was done to Neomedia?
