Please do some better DD before responding to post like this. The NI 43-101 IS the test results. That is the format and the offical way a mining company releases those results to the public. It's an industry standard and one that can only be done by someone who is licsed to do so by the canadian Gov.
All this means is that KATX is going to get a geo report concerning the current drill program.
Again you are 100% wrong. They don't issue a NI 43-101 to simply talk about a drilling program, they use this to release the actual drill results to the public. Please go read up on a few NI 43-101s from other companies before commiting further on this matter as you are providing incorrect information to people on here.
Let me help you get started.
National Instrument 43-101 (NI 43-101) is a mineral resource classification scheme used for the public disclosure of information relating to mineral properties in Canada. The NI is a strict guideline for how public companies can disclose scientific and technical information about mineral projects on bourses supervised by the Canadian Securities Administrators
When Ken talks about a "NI 43-101" report, he is talking about a technical report of the test drill results. This is what they will use to report any results to the investors/public. It is 100% offical, and independent and non-bias.
