Are you saying a JV with Vale is right around the corner or coming after more drill results, perhaps some NI's being issued a feasibility report etc. I see this happening, but not anytime soon.

The $5 milion dollar investment in KATX was huge, I agree and it gives KATX the funds to execute its game plan.
