1. In-demand, easy to explain product that hits the hot button for our green-conscious society.

2. By the book direct marketing campaign that follows the four hour workweek system of a simple and automatic business.

3. A CEO, who in spite of his lack of experience, has thus far shown restraint and good decision-making skills when it comes to PR's and marketing.

4. Low overhead operation.

5. Low debt.

6. Sales that exceed projections and expectations.

7. A management team with no known history of unethical activities (unlike SPNG).

These factors make ZVTK basher-proof and MM-proof in the long run. Item #7 being the most important. The quality of management, particularly the CEO, is the single-most important criteria in the success or failure of any company. Forget the charts, patents, China and everything else. Pay attention to management activities.
