Rydex BearCFL+MM/BullCFL ratio was flat from close Thurday to close Monday at 00.67, still waiting for tonights reading---sometimes is out to about 4am.
But that is it's first flat period since(eyeballing) about 10/24).
The 00.67 is the lowest level of ratio since 00.64 in January 2004.
