You can if you have a real broker. Interactive Brokers has about 15? types of orders you can combine in lots of different ways. They have a bracket order that when you enter the oder it automatically sets a stop order and a sell order at predefined amounts. And you can even do some very fancy conditional orders that fire off one after the other as conditions are met.
