This board has been keeping daily tabs by ordering and posting the order #s and in-turn extrapolating information from it. We are not at the warehouse and neither are we in the company, so as a community of investors, it is the best we can do.
If you wish to initiate a more scientific method of estimating sales, then more power to you. No one is forcing you to accept the board's methods. You can use it or simply ignore it.
