Krista F. Holt is a Vice President with The Kenrich Group and manages the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice. Krista provides expert witness testimony at trial for patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, false advertising, anti-trust, and breach of contract cases on analysis of lost profits, determination of reasonable royalties, accounting of defendant’s profits, and intellectual property valuation.

Prior to becoming a Vice President for The Kenrich Group, Krista was a Managing Director for Ocean Tomo and lead the firm’s Washington D.C. Expert Testimony Practice. Prior to its acquisition by Ocean Tomo, Krista was a Senior Consultant for Tait Advisory Services’ Intellectual Property Practice. She has served as senior financial officer of a manufacturer/wholesaler and an engineering firm and as Director of Marketing for a direct marketing firm.

Krista holds an MBA from the University of Louisville and a BA from Wake Forest University. She is a Certified Licensing Professional and is an active member of the American Bar Association, the Licensing Executives Society, the International Trademark association, and the Intellectual Property Owners Association.
