SPNG for sure looks extremely terrible on the surface to keep most away. My experience with scam toned stocks have shown me that they usually will endure the pressure (QMDC,IMCL.buy outs after went back up.). Real scam stocks will simply just go down and fade away without any SEC or other involvement.
