JBII down 35% last 2 weeks

Oceanic Consulting LLC (run by convicted felon Richard Roon), runs toxic promotions, by hiring actors to flood messageboards with thousands of messages, pretending to be excited investors.
The problem is they provide no disclosure (being paid to post), which is a criminal offense, reportable to the SEC.
The posts consist mostly of video charts and snippets of old PRs.
The company / 3rd party then dump massive amounts of stock onto any unsuspecting buyers they attract here by their posts.

If you've lost money on any of these, please contact the SEC and alert them to the non-dislosing promotion that is being done on various messageboards. Promoting stocks is not illegal, however being paid to flood messageboards with thousands of posts promoting a company (without proper disclosure) IS.
