This was my play and I loaded up at 5. I do like getting confirmation from LF especially such enthusiastic confirmation. My expectations just aren't as high. I think they could get close to last Q's revenue despite some seasonality partially because last Q's acquisition didn't show up in revs for the whole quarter. They also mentioned 2 investor presentations ago I believe that they would start seeing revs from a deal announced awhile back. I believe I found the one in question but that is speculation.
They do have what looks like some walls against competition. It isn't easy to build 60 million dollars worth of inventory for just about every conceivable starter motor and alternator. They also have the big picture tailwinds in an aging vehicle fleet and better scrap prices
In terms of how far out I am looking its true that I generally look out a quarter or two but I am always adjusting. If something keeps looking cheap I keep on holding. If it hits 10 tomorrow I will happily sell. If they announce .40 in core eps with a rosy outlook I would probably hold at $12.
When posting on VMC boards all postings should have a symbol in the header and if foreign please post both US and Foreign symbols.
