It's run up recently because of a pr release about them "maybe" getting a Government grant. Hell,that stock was 20 cents back in Sept,now its .0023--another load of people losing all.

Oh that's right...they did a reverse split 3/3/09 and the stock has tanked. Wow,I didn't know that could happen!
