I thought the Opphenheimer guys were Phd's or MD's.

I’m asking about the people who actually attended the Markman hearing, who are presumably not the bylined authors of the analysts’ reports. My thesis is that the opinions in the analysts’ reports vis-à-vis the judge’s “body language,” are only as good as the competence of the people who attended the hearing.
