Help me with this. Dent (on the rejuvenated website) is soliciting investors, giving them a discount from the opening day price/share. So, we all hold some cmca shares (which will become something like ticker mnrk.ob), and does this mean we are ahead of those investors he solicits for day-one, and that likely we are in cheaper than opening-day price/share.

It's clear from the site now that Dent has every intention of following thru (but we don't know when exactly) -- but how do our sharea and share price compare to opening-day shares and prices?

(an one nit-picky thing: OTC and OTCBB are not really exchanges in the strict sense. You can't visit them; they're computer operations managed by MM, seems to me.)
