And yet everything you read about DLAD says ONLY 20 Billion shares are authorized. Show me one place where it says there are 100 billion shares authorized for DLAD.

You can't have 100 billion shares authorized yet keep stating that there are only 20 billion authorized like in the Pink Sheet statement below. That's misleading and would constitute fraud for anyone thinking about investing. That's exactly why you have Authorized shares and Outstanding shares.

As of the above date, the capital structure of DealerAdvance, Inc. is as follows:
Total Authorized Shares 20,000,000,000
Total Issued & Outstanding 8,706,260,766

Clearly states the TOTAL authorized shares of DLAD is 20 billion. It doesn't say we have 20 billion authorized for now and then maybe 21 billion next week and then 22 billion next month. If he's signed a document like this stating a TOTAL of 20 billion shares when in fact there is truly a Total of 100 billion then that's fraud.
