Thanks VC. There is heavy cost involved if they go by the IPO route (0.5 - 1.0 Million dollars) based on your reference article. Whereas reverse merger looks much easier and quicker.

So I think RM is imminent. Dr. Palmaz has dozens of patents but they have to manufacture their devices in their own plant. They have an R & D facility but not a manufacturing plant unless they co-manufacture with J & J. But I read some where that he got all the manufacturing rights released from J & J. So establishing a plant and setting up Quality Assurance Department and hiring and training Engineering personnel etc takes time.

In view of all this, I think reverse merger is the best bet. I predict the starting PPS would be around a dollar. Not more than that because they have no sales. All they have is R & D,IP and Patents.
