Stop with all of the nonsense. Until SPNG files those deliquent financials, talking about an uplisting is total bunk. No one gets listed on the OTCBB with delinquent filings. Under the circumstances., this stock is not only going to stay on the greys, it is going to get revoked due to lack of filings and you have only Metter and Moskowitz to blame for that.
