The 10% stock dividend shares are “restricted”. That is, they are not
available to trade in the market until October 15th 2010. The nature
of this distribution requires this treatment. The fact that they are
restricted requires your broker to price them at 0 (or N/A ). Also,
they will be reflected as a separate line item on your brokerage
statement. In addition, those dividend shares are subject to the
reverse split. It takes some brokers a while to reflect that.
