Thanks rogus,
As you know we've been monitoring HESG for sometime.ICEQUITY first brought this to our attention sometime back in November and we have been working on it from there. We had been noticing the odd trading for sometime and our big break came when mwab52 noticed his buy registered as a sell on L-2.

After that others begin to complain that the same thing was happening to them.
ICEQUITY quickly devised a strategy in which we all would put a 420 on the end of our buys only so as to mark them so that there is no mistake
about the trades.
As you can see in the first pic I placed a bid for 10420 shares @ .0006 at 3:59:52 the bid went through at .00049 the L-2 shows only four digits
and the trades show up as.0004.In my transaction history the trade shows up correctly as .0005.This trade was at the end of the day and if it was
posted correctly our day would have ended .0005. As it is we lost 20%.

The next pic shows the same thing occuring with a twist.Someone from the 420 group placed small buys through out the day and as you can see
all the small buys went through as buys, but look at what happened at the end of the day to the larger buys. The smaller buys were recorded
as buys but the larger ones went through as sells. In both cases there is no doubt that our trades were made in the 5th digit.

Trading in unseen 5th digit numbers do several things to hurt both small businesses and investors.First by trading in the unseen 5th digit you can
keep traders from selling for the ask price thus reducing them to sell at the bid price which is 20% less.Secondly this practice allows the manipulator
to undermine supply and demand by creating the impression that a sell off is in progress thus causing many investors to sell at a loss. This practice
has also caused countless small companies to fail.
