Seems as though all the 3rd party accredited investors and SPNG affiliates created a website...hmmm. Interesting.

They also seem to be paying for "reports" to be created: http://www.itsallbull.net/reports/OTCBB_SPNG_DETAILED.pdf

Typically, in the past, these "reports" were associated with some back-door pump.

What is it today? Buyout? Warren Buffet? Tender offer? Pike? Dicon?

No, no wait...Church and Dwight Co, Inc, or Proctor and Gamble!

I love the fact SPNG is selling 1 sponge a second!!!
