ok I can agree with that. I don't think either one of them can make a ruling based on this evidence, and what's at stake. Especially whats coming down the road.....new discovery would burn many people.
I agree with the thoughts settlement talks are at hand, otherwise it makes no sense to delay. I wonder if these talks were hapening before Walwrath said ASAP or after? LOL
