One thing many penny players have in common, that virtually guarantees that they will end up as the stuckee is the inability to find the facts in a PR. Immediately they star assuming all manner of things that were, in fact , not said, in the PR. That, of course, is exactly what scam companies want them to do. the PR is the bait.

Just read the PR for what it says, including any qualifying statements and do not assume it says anything beyond that which it espressly states. When dealing with penny PRs, what is not said is usually far more important than what is said.
