I would think in the 10 months that have elapsed since the last payment was made, many attempts to amicably solve the problem were made. Based on SPNG's past record of operation, i would be willing to bet that SPNG made one or more promises during that time that payment would be forthcoming that led ID to delay taking legal action.
Whatever the case may be, we are where we are. The filed lawsuit seems straight forward, easily readable and on solid foundation. Of course we have not yet seen SPNG's side, which i would love to see. My bet is that we NEVER will see a reply to this; as a reply by necessity would contain financial information directly in conflict to SPNG's prior public announcements and filings.
