The board moderator has asked if I would manage and maintain the ibox to which I have agreed. Before we continue moving forward as a board, here are a few reminders.

1. The ibox will only contain research-based information including up-to-date filings, company and management contact information and the most recent chart.

2. I invite all on-topic speculation to the general discussion board. I would encourage all speculation to be backed up by some kind of source. Sources can included but are not limited to websites, journals, videos, filings, etc. When the information is credible and up-to-date, the ibox will include such information.

3. Stickies... I would like to reserve the stickies for critical questions/concerns of CWDW.

4. I do not desire to delete posts on this board. With that said, please follow the ihub posting rules. Ultimately, I would like to see our board be a research/idea driven community of investors. Afterall, I too am a believer that board image can be a positive influence on investors and the management team of any professional organization.
