The Madison Square Gardens suit is not the same as Citi Field(Mets) suit.

Garden sues sponge maker in $430K ad deal

The suit, filed this week in state Supreme Court in Manhattan, comes a day after The Post reported that the Mets' Citi Field sued SpongeTech in Queens Supreme Court for $300,000 it's owed for display ads at the baseball stadium.
