just noticed pps...bought shares 3 yrs ago...have had certificate in file cabinet since...was there a reverse split?...what are my 1.5M shares worth now?...can anyone post any links to latest news releases?...too impatient to wait until I call agent Tuesday, would like to learn something before then.

after noticing the pps I calculated the .08 x 1.5M and told then wife that I missed out on $120000k.

now worth only $15k (subject to split if any)

but didn't feel to bad after calling TDAmeritrade and learning that the stock was restricted.

I initially called to notify them that I was going to return the certificate....thats when I was told that they couldn't except it because of the restriction...bummer!

so, Tuesday I will attempt to call the agent in Las Vegas, or whomever (SEC), to get all the information I can.

at this point I have no clue as to whether or not this company is or is not legit...or rather my certificate is worthless or not.

again....any links to news proving its legitimacy would be appreciated.
