I really dont understand this. Pease answer why cash only???
So please explain to me why in the hell, if JPM and WMI get to a settlement that is based in a buyout of WMI by JPM, we can not get JPM stock.
I actually think it is the most cheap and convenient way for JPM to end this, get the rest unstolen part of WMI, make a nice stock swap to have the EC happy, and be the hero again for the american people.
I think the cash only view is uncorrect, please explain this properly.
