My opinion, Soccerlogical.

IMO you are right. It is possible to find another investment firm who would be interested in financing Neomedia, but do we have enough time remaining? I am not an expert, so I ask the question, lest we waste more time making legal battles rather than simply finding adequate investment/business partners.
