I really don't think its a great idea to put so much emphasis on a potential merger... this company said they have the financial resources to expand, will be profitable again soon, and they have an amazing share structure amongst other things... this stock can and will pop without merger news IMO. By constantly discussing lofty predictions, what would really be a solid business decision (merging with a less prestigious company) could become a disappointment to those hoping to win the lottery with a blockbuster merger. JMHO.
