What good will a lawsuit really do?
Frac, Clawmann: You are both very intelligent people, so I have one question for either or both of you to answer:
1. I take it that the purpose of bringing our case to Court is to nullify the 8K. I agree that there are elements in the 8K that are not fair to the common shareholders - that of giving YA majority voting rights, among others.
2. If the 8K is rescinded, then that also terminates the $2M loan and puts the deadline to payoff Neomedia's debt back to July, 2010.
3. Therefore, unless Neomedia has an alternative financing, or unless Neomedia can generate sufficient revenue to keep its head over the water, what good will a legal victory do for us if YA can still hold Neomedia in default come July?
