I am very glad for this chart - and I am glad for this discussion of dilution, because I now DISBELIEVE in dilution - much like I disbelieve someone when they think they saw a UFO or the Loch Ness Monster.

ZVTK has been issuing more stock, buy primarily in reasonable numbers for raising capital and for payment for services rendered (usually to employees and attorneys for their work).

I don't see any significant dilution of the stock price.

Furthermore, I think that suggesting that dilution is what happened without any solid evidence can actually damage the PPS by diminishing investor confidence.

The Owner (Adam) has said that no dilution has been going on, and it is in his interest to maintain an upstanding reputation for his company - so I would believe him.

It is also in your interest to believe him as well if you have any substantial ownership in ZVTK.

Before posting this, I have read the 10Q, and I have also read the 10K (which is more informative, because it demonstrates that a guy named ANTHONY INTRIERI is actually the "owner" of ZVTK, as he has 80.6% of the total voting power of the company). It also lists the "deals" that were made where Engel and others could "BUY" more ownership at a later time - probably because they didn't have the venture capital.

INTRIERI is probably the VENTURE CAPITALIST who put the money into this deal, and Adam Engel is the brains behind the operation.

No one is diluting this stock. WHY WOULD THEY?!?!?! They have plenty of money and they are selling their product!!!!

That only makes sense if this was a scam....and they clearly are not scamming us, because they have a product that they believe in. HECK! There are LOTS of people who believe in it!!!

There is NO dilution going on.

EVERYONE who is trying to figure out why there was a dip on Friday is SPECULATING - but the speculation of DILUTION just doesn't make sense --- because they don't need to damage their stock to make money. They don't need the money. They are not poor.
