Wow. The lawsuits are racking up between Class action suits, civil suits for non payment of services, and Civil fraud suits by federal regulators and all the longs here care to discuss is how good it is that another investor (PIKE) keeps buying the stock.

Where is the market rationalization for these purchases? Accurate Sales revenues (10k’s). Accurate P/E based on a known O/S structure?

I would ask how many longs know anything at all about PIKE other than the fact that they purchased this stock. Certainly it is not a big fund. No real reporting history to speak of and no major news that can be found in internet searches. If you researched the Signature Fund you would similarly find nothing about them and yet Doug Furth posted here and Doug Furth has been wrong 100% of the time. So what makes Pike better than Signature Fund other that hopeless praying for a difference?

Nothing has even been proven to be accurate to date. Sales revenues, major clients, Noble Conference comments, and share structure/buybacks. Nothing! so why do longs in the stock not invalidate the concerns instead of holding all hope on the rationale behind an investor nobody understands (even longs) who is clearly holding up the market by paying for stock at the top of the market instead of absorbing it at lower prices to accumulate more shares?

Why can’t longs even rationalize the reason behind the constant shuffling of shares between the Pike accounts? As separate tax entities they are booking these transactions at costs different than purchase price so why inflict losses on investors in one fund over the other?

Last post of the day so go ahead and take your shots. I ask that those who remain supportive of this market at least try and explain some of this out instead of simply raising points about what Metter said at a Noble conference (which are meaningless without evidence of fact to support the comments) or that Pike is buying so all MUST be good. Must is a big word in YOUR bank account.
