Thanks Monk, hope you are having a good weekend, this might be a stupid question, but playing this team approach for the first time and I am holding on to my shares,pretty excited to see when the fireworks start.

In your opinion and based on past experience , where do you think CDIV could get to, I know that's kinda hard, but just curious...Are we looking at .25 etc...Any rate, thanks..
