Comment:
(1) Why isn't that a buy ?
(2) Sounds like your "neutral" can not lose.
Why?
Because if market goes up you win.
If market goes down you do not lose.

Gee! Sounds a little funny to me(g)

So what should I do ?
(1) Change your neutral to buys ?
(2) Change your neutral to small buys ?
(3) Change your neutral to 50% buys ?
(4) Need some help here. IMHO.
