I disagree with a few things. All dilution is bad. No matter what it is used for; it hurts those already invested. There is no correlation between revenues and share price on this or any stock. Buyers vs. Sellers and what the company does with their stock determines share price. Good financials and strong sales MAY attract buyers of a stock but does not guarantee it.
Interest is high here and looks to continue which is way more important than how many lightbulbs they sell (shareholders do not get any of that $$$).
