Yes PP you have a very good point; KAA's behavior towards the Hemi shareholder based on this current silence, lack of communication, call it what you want during 2009, is completely against all business parameters of trying to do, claim or to state a position that this is best for the Hemi shareholder. In my book, sadly, this only indicates a self servicing interest.

Again we (Hemi, Hemi shareholders & Hemi posters) are all accountable for our own actions and reasons but when one intergal part of the puzzle falls completely off the face of the earth then accountability becomes the call to that part of the puzzle. And IMO, based on actions in 2009, I now too am on the side of the fence that Hemi will not deliver any accountability or be held accountable.
