I believe since the equity committee is already formed, that even if the judge doesn't rule on the objection to it, and I say this since she waits 1/4 of a year to rule on issues, which I guess is no worse than the appellate courts, but back to what I was going to say, I don't believe filing an objection to the EC stays the committee in any way. I believe it will continue to have all the same rights unless and until the judge disbands it; which I most certainly don't believe will happen unless it is positively shown that equity is out of the money. Rosen has not done that sufficently yet and I don't think he can. I think it's in the money and he's just doing what he's being paid to do.
