I simply listed it as a possibility, because the longer you try to hide something, the more likely it is to leak out. I agree with you that there are few instances where leaks are apparent.

My focus is more on the clinicians, to be honest. They're there to help patients, but they agree to sit on material data for months for a meaningless oral presentation at AHA.
