Intends=plans to and sometimes things take longer than thought

Don't forget that Peter also "intends" to build 3000 of these in the next few years, 750 this year! You guys argued and argued about how they'll make all of them, but you don't mention that he only "intends" to... When it's convenient, they'll fall back on the "Forward-Looking Statement" warning like they are now.

He couldn't build one all of last year despite the PR's touting his efforts, but he'll make 750 next year!
