no sane person would ever consider trying to buy this company

the company is facing massive fines and lawsuits, injunctions into the millions .. not to mention the revoking for failure to file and while on the greys is a disaster for trading the stock

spongy is toast .. and the bad news keeps rolling out - yet driving more nails in the bouncing sponge
