Dan, thanks for that article. I will forward to some friends of mine that are trying to buy a condo to rent out. I agree with their assessment that Phoenix is not at great risk of a price decline, but I will tell you that the market to buy condos here is very competitive - you really don't seem to get time to do proper analysis on a property before someone else will have already bought it...
