Just when you think you've seen it all.

I've engaged in a rather surreal email dialog with their representative(s) over the past week or so. They have exhibited a rather poor comprehension and respect for the law, including the provisions of the DMCA and the penalties for filing misleading and/or fraudulent take down notices. They have also exhibited some rather profoundly misplaced bluster in making threats to intimidate us into complying with rather ridiculous demands. They even claimed to have filed a police report in Florida against me for "harassing" them, when all of my communications have been limited to responses to their communications with us.

Then we have their harassment of folks over at ADVFN who have absolutely nothing to do with administration of the iHub's site, and dozens of calls to Sonya who similarly does not deal in administrative matters. I'm told there is now some PI thug falsely identifying himself as a TV news reporter trying to browbeat information out of anyone they encounter. I can't say for certain that he's acting at their behest, or what possible information he could want, but if it walks like a duck, and makes the same libelous claims and asks the same questions as a dick, er, duck...

They even suggested they might hook up with those frivolous folks up in Ontario who are suing iHub over matters for which we cannot be held liable in a court that has no jurisdiction over us. I invited them to do so and that I'd be glad to add all of their info and correspondence to the SEC info pile.

At times you may feel yourself to be the victim of other people's bitterness, ignorance, smallness or insecurities. Try not to judge them - things aren't always what they seem. And it could be worse. You could be them!
