I agree with you, louie, in that investors will naturally over-analyze the positives and dismiss the negatives; that is just part of human nature. I also agree that when you come to a board like this where most members are long MCLN and post something that says MCLN will fall, you will get some backlash from others; however, piano says these negative things without any analysis of charts or anything else. Whereas the longs are speculating that MCLN will rise for a variety of reasons (great management, positive 3rd quarter, upcoming 4Q results), piano doesn't provide any analysis for his bearish stance- he simply denies what the longs have to say and dismisses our DD as weak.
I think what everyone on this board must understand is that if you post something, whether bearish or bullish WE DON'T CARE, please provide reasons and meaningful analysis. It seems to me that piano hasn't provide meaningful reason as to why he's bearish, therefore igniting this post war between members.
And let me remind everybody exactly what we're "investing" (if you can call it this)in with MCLN: spectacular management and a high value-adding product. The reason I am skeptical to use the word "invest" is because this IS an ultra penny stock, i.e. we're SPECULATING that share price will rise or fall, based on what little information we have.
All the best
