That is a very precarious thing to do..if production is delayed even 6 months they could find themselves in big trouble..

Last falls collapse for example forced a company(Nova Gold) to have to come up with just 20 million or so on a note coming do..They could have easily raised the funds when stock was at 4-8 dollars ..they chose to let it go (CFO now Fired).The collapse hit and their share price went below .40 cents with no one willing to finance the note again during the crisis...

Well someone sealed a deal and received 1/2 of the company (worth billions)for about 55 million.. and the note got paid

Another crisis is coming within the next 5 years..and will be worse than 2008.imo

Moral : do not go into debt if your vulnerable..They'll take your bed if they can..
