This is a FIRM commitment public offering!

I am very pleased that this is still a FIRM offering. There is a lot of new information in this monster of an offering. It will take a lot of reading time to determine the net results of the changes from the October offering. I would suggest that all of you read the Recent Developments section of the offering.
