It's my understanding after looking at it for 5 min that CBTE is getting delisted due to their stockholder equity being <$2.5M. Unfortunately for them, that's the tougher one to overcome compared to the share price, because even a reverse split doesn't help.
So i'm interested to see what happens, if anything, on the 20th. It's possible that CBTE completes the merger on the otcbb (ugh), but THEN we have the uplist catalyst to look forward to all over again!
Solid DD combined with timeliness and conviction is a recipe for profits.
