I was referring to post419 by isolution that fast-track would not be granted. Fast-track does not reduce the stringency of the reviewal process, of course, but the side-effects would have to be worse than blindness to cause any serious concern. I haven't heard of serious side-effects from other anti-angiogenesis tests but will follow. Do let us know if you hear about similar drugs and their side-effects.
